Bachelor of Philosophy

Overview

UNPAR Philosophy Study Program helps students to think and reason critically as well as reflectively in building a strong, creative, and interdisciplinary conceptual framework to manage ongoing changes. These changes concern how we relate socially, think and reason, feel, and exercise will. They also include practical aspects such as working, engaging in culture, being part of a nation, a state, and a religion.

Academically, philosophy helps a person to build a strong, creative, and interdisciplinary conceptual framework in managing these changes as professional opportunities. For this purpose, students are equipped with Western and Eastern philosophical thought and enriched with humanities, socio-cultural sciences, relevant skills, and internships.

Fields of Study (Subject Matter)
The Philosophy Study Program at UNPAR focuses on Human (Anthropos), the Universe (Cosmos), and God (Theos). Each field is examined through three perspectives: philosophical, theological, and cultural-humanistic. This study is expected to become more intensive with the support of auxiliary sciences such as history, logic, and languages.
