Profile
Oscar Yasunari, born in Jakarta in 1972, completed his undergraduate studies in the Philosophy of Religion at the Faculty of Philosophy, Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), and earned a Master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics at UNPAR. He once joined the Order of the Holy Cross as a seminarian and served as Deputy Head of the Humanities Development, a character education institution at UNPAR. With expertise in Catholic Religious Education and Ethics, he teaches at UNPAR, Universitas Widyatama, Universitas Padjadjaran, and Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Bandung. In addition to his academic duties, he is active in the Taizé prayer team, serves as an alumni board member of the Faculty of Philosophy (2021–2026), and as an invited speaker at Catholic churches. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Indonesian Association of Ethics Lecturers (Himpunan Dosen Etika Seluruh Indonesia – HIDESI), reinforcing his dedication to ethics and character education.
