Profile
Elaine V.B. Kustedja (Bandung, 1986) is a lecturer, researcher, and practitioner whose work focuses on Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organisation Studies, and Arts and Cultural Management. Her work centres on cultural management—though not limited to—cultural spaces, the management and leadership of arts organisations and communities, arts events management, cultural management phenomena, and arts management. Her six-year experience with Selasar Sunaryo Art Space (SSAS), under the mentorship of prominent artist Sunaryo, marked the beginning of her practice in arts management at both local and international levels. Participation in exhibitions and art fairs through Osage Gallery, Hong Kong, further enriched her professional perspective. These experiences have driven her commitment to advancing the field of arts and cultural management in Indonesia. As a full-time lecturer in the Liberal Arts Programme (Integrated Arts UNPAR), she promotes the development of interdisciplinary management approaches within the domain of arts and cultural management.
