Kristining Seva, S.S., M.Pd., is an interdisciplinary scholar and practitioner of language instruction who brings together knowledge of language, the arts, and technology. She is a lecturer at Parahyangan Catholic University and a proud alumnus of Taruna Nusantara High School, UGM (English Literature), and UPI (English Education). Her innovative culturally and digitally based pedagogical materials include educational board games, theme flashcards, and massive open online course modules. Books by Seva include “Menulis Esai Akademik,” “Pancasila dalam Pendidikan Humaniora,” and “60 Jam Pertama Belajar BIPA.” They are published regularly. Literacy, character development, and incorporating global and local values into the classroom have been the subjects of her study and community service endeavors for the last five years. Conceptual metaphors, digital literacy, and the incorporation of SDG principles into education are just a few of the current topics that her research over the last five years has tackled. Incorporating cultural, religious, and nationalist principles into her work, Seva has written books, produced board games, and directed short films. She has also produced scientific studies that have been published both nationally and internationally. Participating in community empowerment projects, such as those that train teachers, foster arts community development, and promote character education through storytelling and art, is an important part of her social commitment. Her work as an exceptional lecturer at UNPAR in research and community service earned him multiple accolades. Through digital humanities advances and instruction grounded in local wisdom, Seva connects the academic world with grassroots communities and shines in the tri dharma of higher education. Her greatest asset is the way she combines ideals from philosophy and education with practical, community-beneficial methods.
