Meet “Kang Zia,” a dynamic academic and writer whose passion for Religious Studies is truly inspiring. His journey began at the Pesantren Persatuan Islam No. 76 Tarogong Garut (2001), where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He then pursued a degree in Religious Studies from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, graduating in 2005, before diving deeper into his field with a Master’s (2015-2018) and Doctorate in Religious Studies by 2021.

Kang Zia isn’t just about books and lectures; he’s an engaging lecturer at Parahyangan University’s Faculty of Philosophy and shares his insights with students from undergraduate to doctoral levels at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. As an editor for journals like FOCUS: Theological Studies and OPEN INTEGRITY: Peace and Interfaith Studies, he shapes scholarly discourse with flair.Beyond academia, Kang Zia has served as an accredited trainer for the Living Values ​​Educational Program (2011-2021), guiding others toward meaningful educational experiences. He’s also steering impactful initiatives as Program Manager for Open Integrity RSCJ Indonesia (2016-2025) and contributing to cultural dialogues through the Center for Philosophy, Culture, and Religious Studies (CPCReS) at UNPAR (2022-2027).
